2017-12-30 Ukraine: Energy efficient Eco SMART-TECH House

Energy Efficient Eco SMART-TECH House

Description of the project offered:
Corporation “Science park “Kyivska polytechnica” and Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has developed and implemented in Ukraine pilot project of technology of Energy efficient eco SMART-TECH house.

The technology complies with international standards and exceeds famous foreign counterparts due to the complexity approach to energy supply, which provides:
• the concept of energy-efficient eco-house, which is different from the existing comprehensive approach and optimization features five subsystems buildings (microclimate and building envelope, water supply, energy, power, intelligent accounting, control and management);
• intellectualization of the concept of energy flows - "the concept of unity of networks" (association of electrical, thermal and information networks);
• harmonization processes create an object (or rehabilitation) and modernization of power energy to power optimization criteria for energy efficiency and energy costs;
• regime integration of energy in the energy infrastructure of the area and use them as regulators WAN load due to widespread use of energy storage.
