Description of the project offered: 
This project aims to create a framework to computationally simulate a human organization, closely matching not only the organization's formal structure, but also the informal structure that arises from the affective relationships between employees.

We are looking for experts (non-spanish) in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Pychology, and Neuroscience able to apply their methods and theories to produce a realistic model of a human organization.
