2017-04-06 Italy: Supporting Realization and Enforcement of European Strategic Cluster Partnership

Supporting Realization and Enforcement of European Strategic Cluster Partnership

Description of the project offered:
Città della Scienza aims at supporting the realization and enforcement of a European Strategic Cluster Partnership, promoting exchanges and matching activities between business and innovation stakeholders, enhancing cross-fertilization and contamination dynamics to strengthen skills and favor lesson-learning practices between participants. Specifically, the organization envisages to realize activities involving innovation ecosystem stakeholders from non-COSME emerging countries e.g. China and Iran. The project will previously identify through partners networks businesses within several innovative sectors, thus involving more than one industrial sector (Agrifood; Health; Blue Growth; ICT; Advanced Training; Advanced Manufacturing; Smart Cities). Thanks to its expertise in internationalization activities related to business matching, support to R&I stakeholder cooperation and technology transfer, activities aimed at building partnership - from regional stakeholder to cluster and PMI meetings and visits - will be realized. Businesses selected will be provided with coaching and mentoring support, thanks to professionals selected within partner network, enhancing collaboration within and outside platforms, strategically individuating opportunities within targeted countries, thanks to a preliminary phase of business matching (e.g. sectors; type of business; type of collaboration sought etc.).
