TUTOR-IA: On-line Training School of Young Entrepreneurs Equipped with Artificial Intelligence (intelligent tutor)

Description of the project offered:
The European youth is suffering an unprecedented unemployment crisis that provokes situations of SOCIAL
EXCLUSION RISK. Access to the labor market is considered as the best antidote to favor INCLUSION. To promote this
access, the proposal calls for the TRAINING of young entrepreneurs in an ON-LINE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT endowed with a SMART virtual agent that guarantees learning and helps to remove practical obstacles to entrepreneurship.
European youth are experiencing an unprecedented unemployment crisis that especially affects the most
disadvantaged young people, leading to situations of school drop-out and risk of social exclusion. At present, the
unemployment rate in Europe of 28 is above 20% on average, and in some countries such as Greece, Spain, Italy or
Croatia, rates exceed 40% of the population under 24 years of age (Eurostat 2016).
In this context, employment and social integration are among the main concerns of young Europeans (http://eurlex.
europa.eu/legal-content/ES/ALL/?uri=CELEX:52009DC0200). The European Employment Strategy aims at
INTEGRATION IN THE LABOR MARKET as the most appropriate way to promote SOCIAL INCLUSION. At the same time, the European Youth Strategy (2010-2018) calls for enhancing TRAINING among entrepreneurs as one of the most effective measures to promote access to the labor market, since it is now considered that "training is the main
Antidote against social exclusion (Tortuero, 2006) ".
The present project focuses precisely on promoting an increasingly inclusive society by promoting youth employment through entrepreneurship (including social entrepreneurship), by training young people in entrepreneurial attitudes and skills, with the support of pedagogical methods based on the effective use of ICT, which, as will be shown later, guarantees success in learning and allows attention to diversity, thus minimizing disparities in learning outcomes.
