 EU-CA Virtual Education and Research Platform for Complex Networking

Description of the project offered: 
The wider objectives of Harmonization of European and Central Asian Studies are: 

 -reinforcing the global engagement of EU research and academic community as well as other interested stakeholders (entrepreneurs, politics, and public bodies) into the socio-economic processes in Central Asian countries;

 -facilitating the awareness raising tendency among CA regional entities in respect to novelties that will be available through joint networking smart system;

 -determining the issues of global concern and major importance as a key factor of partnership relations (Environmental and Humanity issues).

We identified project specific objectives as following:

1. Creation of Consolidated Smart Virtual Network Platform for Education, Research and Innovation (EU-CAVERNet) Transferring with free access for all users (interested stakeholders), that will provide secure space for Subjects of Intellectual Property, Standardisation and Research evaluation.

2. Conception and methodology development for diverse EU and CA studies: science and education in environmentally oriented direction. Development of standards for inventions, substitution of existed to new ones accordingly to updated requirements (in cases of smart houses, technologies with high-energy consumption, water aggregates, etc.).

3. Maintaining close collaborative ties among research communities of Europe, as well as Committees for Science and Education of CAC; and manufactories, entrepreneurs, public leaders, policymakers, and other interested stakeholders from both sides EU and CA. 

4. Development of mobile apps of SmartNet Platform for Education, Research and Innovation (EU-CAVERNet) for Smartphones (android), Laptops, Tabs that will serve all interested individuals and organisations.. 

5. Provide a set of suggestions regarding the directions for further multilateral collaboration consolidation accordingly to outcomes and feedbacks based analysis gathered during the period of project implementation by identify spheres of research that will be more successfully done in partnership or by practicing concilium problem solvation instruments. Development of constructive recommendations regarding the Scientific Initiations policy and performance for Committees, Ministries, HEIs, inventors, researchers other interested stakeholders across the CA. 

6. Organisation of Practice and Experience Exchange meetings and seminars, participation in Innovation Fairs in CACs, ongoing International Video meetings among young researcher students, academies, inventors, enterprises’ representatives and public leaders across the EU and CA.
