2016-07-27 Sweden: Stopping Future Terrorist Bomb-Attacks

Stopping Future Terrorist Bomb-Attacks

Description of the project offered:
Bomb-sniffing dogs for bomb-detection in air-ports, in train- and subway stations and other places where people come together in crowds.

The only way to detect a well hidden bomb on a person or in a suitcase is to detect the bomb-substances and the only way to do this is to have well trained sniffing dogs sensitive for bomb-chemicals.

A dog can smell through seemingly air-tight plastic bags and there is no way to cheat a highly focused dog from finding residues of bomb-substances.

We have access to the know-how and experience from dog-training and are now looking for European partners to set up dog-training-centres all across Europe.

Partners required:
- Partners within breeding of dogs.
- Partners interested in setting up dog-training-camps in their home regions or countries.

EU call of interest:
SEC-07-FCT-2016-2017: Human Factor for the Prevention, Investigation, and Mitigation of criminal and terrorist acts
