Description of the project offered: 
Dear Madam/Sir,

We would like to invite you to be a partner of the project of the
M-ERA.NET call.
More information you will find by an address:

The aim of our project is to establish the method to inactivate
reversibly insulin, i.e. the inactive insulin should become active
at elevated blood glucose levels.

Aiming to achieve our goal, we plan to determine the most effective
molecular derivative groups, connected/encapsulated to active insulin, that
reversibly inactivate insulin, but do not amend its properties.
Moreover, these groups could be removed when a blood glucose level
is increased to turn the inactive insulin to active one. These
group removed should safely eliminate from a body.

We are seeking partners, which are able to perform investigation of:

The stability and sensitivity of the most effective molecular
derivative groups on glucose concentration variation;
The stability of insulin when the molecular derivative groups are removed;
The reactions of the groups removed with other substances in the
blood negotiable;
The elimination of the group removed.
