Description of the project offered: 
TOPIC : Education and skills: empowering Europe’s young innovators

Starting a new educational program aimed at developing creativity, entrepreneurship skills, adaptability and innovation capacity, problem solving skills, skills related to effective teamwork, and sharing information and knowledge. The educational program will be based on empowering the young by using the Elements Way methodology developed by Dr. Gila Zilka from the Bar Ilan University.

This methodology which has been the core program of the School of Teachers of the University has proved itself to be highly efficient in the development of the inner strengths, creativity, teamwork, and other essential ingredients in the child development process. 

The project will be based on the following elements:
1. Research
2. Education program for Educators
3. Support program for Parents.
4. Educational courses for ages 7, 11, 15
5. Practical work in organizations

The project will involve:
1. Researchers
2. Education professionals and institutions
3. Entrepreneurs
4. Innovative companies
5. Social organizations
6. Private companies that will help create the required educational materials
7. Technology companies providing hardware and software
8. Technologies – use of :
a. Cloud based systems
b. Social networks
c. Cellular phones, tablets and computers
d. Cellular phones, tablets and computer applications
e. Statistical tools



The educational programs will include:
1. The elements way approach to empower Children Educators and Parents.
2. Entrepreneurship
3. Digital literacy
4. The courses will be based on computer software, accessible from any hardware (computer /tablet / cellular phones), the learning will be according to individual pace, where the educator will act as moderator, handling discussions an solving problems. 
5. During the course, the students will meet and work with entrepreneurs, private companies, and social and cultural organizations.
6. The courses will include practical work that will help the students understanding how the new capabilities fit in the real world, together with the implementation of group projects that will make use of the new capabilities acquired.
7. The administration of the Elements Way methodology will help improving the communication between the Educators and Parents and the Children. This will improve the inter-generation learning of all parties.
