Technology of Continuous Activation of the Textile Materials for the Purpose of Obtaining of the Sorption Elements for Medical Destination

Description of the project offered: 
Technology of continuous activation of the textile materials for the purpose of obtaining of the sorption elements for medical destination: protective masks, respirators and bandages for wound healing
Development of technology and technological equipment for the activation of textile materials allows to create the necessary technical basis for the organization of mass production of available, cheap and effective means for population individual protection in emergency situations and in conditions of chemical pollution. This material can also be used as an aid tool for healing of open wounds and burns.
Pilot unit for continuous activation of the textile materials designed and developed.
To develop the scientific and technical basis for an activation of textile materials, to create technological equipment for steam-gas activation of textile materials in continuous mode.
To establish the fundamental possibility and technological parameters of activation process of different types of textile materials (jute, tarpaulin, canvas, burlap cotton and linen). This investigation will answer for the question what materials are more effective for use in chemical absorption of toxic and noxious components of the combustion products of various materials including synthetic and urban smog. Samples of activated materials will be transferred to the relevant scientific-research, medical institutions for their careful examination and, if it is necessary – certification.
To develop an industrial technology for steam-gas activation of different types of textile materials, to determine the optimal regimes of the process to design, develop, manufacture and test in an industrial scale the equipment for steam-gas activation of textile materials in continuous mode.
