Description of the project offered: 
Topic:MG-3.1-2016: Addressing aviation safety challenges
To date, the global comprehensive monitoring aircraft is the new and fast emerging trend in the aviation industry. Recent events involving aircraft disasters and disappearances have forced aviation authorities (ICAO, aviation administration) to respond quickly to the problem. So, in 2016, ICAO intends to issue a new standard for global tracking of aircraft. European Agency for safety aviation (EASA) is also preparing a number of regulations that must be approved by the European Commission. The Federal aviation Agency of the USA continues actively work on the track aircraft standards.
The aim of this project is to increase safety and reduce operating costs by creating a hardware system to monitor the location of aircraft in real time, information about parameters of flight and work of all its systems and data analysis.
The main difference of the proposed innovative solution is to implement the transmission of real-time flight data, including voice, for ground stations, and data transmission with ground stations on Board aircraft. A unique solution will also increase the amount of data and their protection.
The project involves the creation of hardware complex, which provides:
1. Conclusion the exact coordinates of the location of the aircraft at any one time throughout the flight in any point of the globe.
2. Display flight path in 3-dimensional space on the basis of accurate three-dimensional model position of an aircraft in space, built on current main parameters of flight.
3. Displaying position of an aircraft relative to the earth's surface, the flight path, the ability to display detailed real earth's landscape over flight of the area.
4. Continuous monitoring of all major on-Board systems and equipment. Instant fix of failures and deviations in the work systems. The system operation analysis and conclusions about the probability of failure.
5. The exchange of:
• analytical information in the form of Express-analysis of flight operation including typical deviation from the optimal modes, recommendations for the implementation of flight obtained on the basis of accumulated data;
• navigation information on the route of flight and alternate airfields, as well as the crew of any requested information, including diagrams and navigation maps;
• meteorological information at any time in any point of the globe;
• technical information, including the archive, including manuals, charts, graphs, drawings, interesting information in the Datasheet as aircraft and ground equipment;
• background information, both for company and passengers (including any airport of the world);
• commercial information and data from the aviation departments and services of the airline. 
The main advantages of the intended product are:
Compactness of equipment, technology installation and operation, low power consumption, low equipment cost, low traffic cost.
Potential consumers are: the airlines to the civil aviation of different countries.
The basic organization for the development, producing and testing of hardware system is “Scientific and Production Complex “Aviation technology” in Ukraine.
The development and supply of equipment, software and training of specialists will be coordinated by our company.
Broad cooperation of project executors with different related organizations, such as providers of aviation equipment and components, maintenance, service, air traffic control and others, will be carried out as a result of the project implementation.
