Development of the Public Transport Tariffication

Description of the project offered: 
Different countries and even different cities within one country have their own method of tariffication, validation and purchasing the right for passenger transfer. As there are different means of passenger transportation in different cities as metro (subway), sky and city train, tram, trolleybus, bus etc it is necessary to select and compare different ratification principles (by distance, by time, by number of means of transportation, by number of passengers) and to develop the unique methodic of passenger transport calculation. It will allow for passengers to understand its principles and not disturb in other city or country paying for his transfer. Also this methodic have to take off the discrimination of passenger that do not know the language of the country and so cannot understand the rules foe transfer validation and purchase. 
The research teem have to collect the principles of ratification and validation rules in different cities and countries and with the help of mathematic and economic methods to develop the one unique methods and develop the propositions for its implementation.
