Elderly Support Services

Description of the project offered:
As a result of innovation activities addressing Silver Economy, Actimage has created a services platform to support elderly people or people with reduced mobility willing to stay independently at home. It is designed for elderly but it is beneficial for the families and helpful for the caregivers. Platform will increase elderly wellbeing and self-sufficiency, will support and relieve families who worry about their seniors, will provide feedback on elderly’s activities required for the caregivers.

The platform is described on the website :

Designed explicitly for the seniors the platform helps to structure their lives, improve their living conditions and is easy to use. It is a complete solution that covers different aspects of the elderly everyday life, including health, mood, security:
• Shared calendar to plan everyday and other recurrent actions, remember things, send confirmations about actions accomplishment;
• Videocalling to stay in touch with friends and relatives, and to contact medical assistants in case of necessity;
• Connected pillbox to send the reminders for medication taking and notify medical assistants in case of forgotten medication;
• Sensors that guarantee the safety at home are personalised and will learn from elderly’s daily activities to be able to send alerts not only in defined conditions but also in unusual situations;
• Serious games designed to train different brain zones to keep the mind sharp;
• Integrated emails to keep track of the messages;
• Notebook to facilitate the medical follow-up;
• Local services (food delivery, news feeds, local events and weather) to stay informed and enjoy the time.

The platform is available on the PC, tablet, smart phone (Android & iOS), TV. It is open to any generation and customs! You like big screens you can use it on your TV, you like to stay flexible then opt for portable device: classical PC or tiny modern smart phone.
