 The Creation of Smart Geospatial Model of Investment Attractiveness of Power Systems on Renewable Energy

Description of the project offered: 
Implementation of systems and technologies that utilize renewable sources of energy today is becoming increasingly important. There remained, however, unexplored question of the design and operation of energy systems using renewable energy sources taking into account the volatility of their operating conditions, geographic and investment attractiveness of the place (region) of their location. 
The aim of the project is to develop methodological, information, technical and economic basics of investment determine the optimal location of energy systems using renewable energy sources. In the framework of this project it is planned to create both of methodology and technology of construction multycluster SMART model (interactive map) of the innovation attractiveness of the location and deployment of energy systems using renewable energy sources. The map will have interactive filters, which provide the possibility, according to the established procedure, to filter her layers and clusters to achieve the desired output information regarding the most investment-attractive region (territory) to implement energy systems that utilize renewable sources of energy. 
Expected results:
- the innovative approach based on the latest scientific achievements will be developed.
- the use of this product will allow investors to make optimal decisions regarding the definition of the business strategy. 
- the methodology for the creation of geospatial SMART models can be extended to create interactive maps for any country of the European Union.
- this approach will help to facilitate and optimize the attraction of investments in green energy.
